A IMPORTÂNCIA DA FORMAÇÃO JURÍDICA DO EFETIVO DO CORPO DE BOMBEIROS MILITAR DO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO E SEUS REFLEXOS NOS PILARES DA HIERARQUIA E DISCIPLINA: PERSPECTIVAS EM ANÁLISE

O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a importância da formação continuada dos militares
do Corpo de Bombeiros do Estado de Mato Grosso em relação ao Direito Militar, no âmbito administrativo
e penal e seus reflexos nos pilares da hierarquia e disciplina no período de 2017 a 2021. A metodologia
adotada foi à pesquisa bibliográfica com abordagem descritiva-argumentativa, análise documental e um
questionário aplicado aos militares. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que 5,98% do efetivo foram
capacitados no Curso de Polícia Judiciária Militar, que os erros processuais correspondem a 11,39%
(sanáveis) e 2,21% (resultaram em anulação), 82% da amostra consideram insuficiente o quantitativo de
horas-aulas nos cursos de formação e qualificação, 74% não se sentem seguros na condução dos ritos
processuais e 24% responderam que cometeram transgressão disciplinar ou crime militar por falta de
conhecimento. Concluindo que o fortalecimento na implantação de políticas de formação dos militares e
valorização do conhecimento nas áreas de Direito Militar, são indispensáveis para se atingir um nível de
excelência no serviço prestado.

ABSTRACT: The present study aims to analyze the importance of continuing training of the military of the
Fire Department of the State of Mato Grosso in relation to Military Law, in the administrative and criminal
scope and its reflexes on the pillars of hierarchy and discipline in the period from 2017 to 2021. The
methodology adopted was the bibliographic research with a descriptive-argumentative approach, document
analysis and a questionnaire applied to the military. The survey results showed that 5.98% of the staff were
trained in the Military Judiciary Police Course, that procedural errors correspond to 11.39% (remediable)
and 2.21% (resulted in annulment), 82% of the sample considered the amount of class hours in training and
qualification courses is insufficient, 74% do not feel safe in conducting procedural rites and 24% responded
that they committed disciplinary transgression or military crime due to lack of knowledge. Concluding that
strengthening the implementation of military training policies and valuing knowledge in the areas of
Military Law are essential to achieve a level of excellence in the service provided.
