AVALIAÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA COMO ESTRATÉGIA PARA A REDUÇÃO DE ACIDENTES EM ATRATIVOS TURÍSTICOS NO MUNICÍPIO DE BARRA DO GARÇAS-MT.

Resumo

A presente pesquisa objetivou conhecer como a gestão de riscos relacionados ao ecoturismo na área de atuação da 1ª Companhia Independente Bombeiro Militar (1ª CIBM), pode contribuir para orientar turistas, guias, proprietários e bombeiros militares para a ampliação da segurança em atrativos turísticos e nas ações de atendimento de vítimas de acidentes. A 1ª CIBM está localizada no município de Barra do Garças, Mato Grosso. A metodologia abordou entrevistas, estudo de caso, pesquisa de campo e uma avaliação interna através de levantamento de dados sobre o perfil operacional do Bombeiros Militares. Para isso, foram utilizadas pesquisas bibliográficas, questionários com envolvidos diretamente no tema e trabalho de campo com observação e percepção in loco dos riscos que envolvem o tema. A partir da análise de dados foi possível compreender a visão dos guias de turismo, realizar um breve diagnóstico institucional do tema e avaliar a capacidade de atendimento da 1ª CIBM para estes tipos de ocorrências. Enfim, por meio do estudo realizado e das sugestões apresentadas foi possível confirmar a necessidade da implantação de um plano operacional de atuação em ambientes de cachoeiras e trilhas e desenvolver treinamento específico para os bombeiros militares e guias como forma de gerir os riscos e permitir o resgate de vítimas.

ABSTRACT: The present work aimed to know how the management of risks related to tourism in the 1st CIBM of Barra do Garças can contribute to guide tourists, guides, owners of tourist attractions and military firefighters in the actions of assistance to victims of accidents in tourist spots, thus allowing a better management of existing risks. Some of the actions developed to reach the conclusion of the proposed theme were surveys with those involved in the process, a case study with field research and an internal evaluation through data collection on the general operational profile of the CBM MT and the 1st CIBM. For this, bibliographic research, questionnaires with those directly involved in the theme and field work with observation and in loco perception of the risks involving the theme were used. From the data analysis, it was possible to understand the vision of the tour guides, carry out a brief institutional diagnosis of the theme and evaluate the capacity of the 1st CIBM to deal with these types of occurrences. Finally, through the study carried out and the suggestions presented, it was possible to confirm the need to implement an operational plan of action in environments of waterfalls and trails and to develop specific training for the military firefighters and guides as a way of managing the risks and allowing the rescue of victims.
