DESENVOLVIMENTO PROFISSIONAL NO CORPO DE BOMBEIROS MILITAR DO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO

Resumo

O passar do tempo culmina em relevantes evoluções na ciência em todos os
aspectos e, nesse processo constante de melhoria dos serviços prestados à sociedade, esta
pesquisa buscou analisar o desenvolvimento profissional no Corpo de Bombeiros Militar
do Estado de Mato Grosso, para tanto, realizou-se um diagnóstico sobre a relevância da
capacitações e treinamentos contínuos e especializados durante a carreira na corporação,
também foi possível averiguar o planejamento e as qualificações ofertadas pela
Instituição e propor melhorias no referido processo. O caminho percorrido foi por meio
de uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa com aplicação de questionário e consultas as
informações contidas nos acervos disponíveis como: legislações, obras literárias,
trabalhos acadêmicos e outros meios. O referido levantamento ocorreu no mês de
julho/2018, com um nível de confiança de 95%. Alguns dos principais resultados obtidos
foram que mais de 94% dos profissionais consideraram de extrema importância ser-lhes
oportunizado capacitação continuada e especializada após o curso de formação, e ainda
que já tiveram dificuldades em aplicar as técnicas apreendidas após o curso de formação,
por falta de treinamentos constantes, reforçado então por 86,45% dos entrevistados, que
as dificuldades e/ou problemas que surgiram durante o atendimento de ocorrências de
urgência e/ou emergência poderiam ser evitados se houvessem constantes treinamentos e
capacitações, sobretudo pelo fato que tanto o militar, quanto a instituição e,
principalmente, a população, seriam os maiores beneficiados.   Abstract: The passing of time culminates in relevant evolutions in science in all
aspects and, in this constant process of improvement of the services provided to society,
this research sought to analyze the professional development in the Military Fire Brigade
of the State of Mato Grosso, for that, carried out If a diagnosis was made on the relevance
of ongoing and specialized training and qualifications during a career in the corporation,
it was also possible to investigate the planning and qualifications offered by the Institution
and propose improvements in that process. The path followed was through a quantitative
and qualitative research with the application of a questionnaire and consultations with the
information contained in the available collections such as: legislation, literary works,
academic works and other means. This survey took place in July/2018, with a confidence
level of 95%. Some of the main results obtained were that more than 94% of the
professionals considered it extremely important to be offered continued and specialized
training after the training course, and even though they already had difficulties in applying
the techniques learned after the training course, due to lack of of constant training,
reinforced by 86.45% of the interviewees, that the difficulties and/or problems that arose
during the care of urgent and/or emergency occurrences could be avoided if there were
constant training and qualifications, mainly due to the fact that both the military, as well
as the institution and, mainly, the population, would benefit the most.
