EDUCAÇÃO EM PRIMEIROS SOCORROS

UMA ANÁLISE DO PAPEL DO CORPO DE BOMBEIROS MILITAR DE MATO GROSSO NA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA LEI LUCAS NAS ESCOLAS MATO-GROSSENSES

Resumo

A capacitação em primeiros socorros para profissionais da educação é essencial para a segurança no ambiente escolar, conforme preconizado pela Lei nº 13.722/2018, conhecida como Lei Lucas. Diante disso, o Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Estado de Mato Grosso (CBMMT), tem desempenhado um papel fundamental na implementação dessa legislação no estado, através da ministração de treinamentos em primeiros socorros. A pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e natureza explicativa, utilizou levantamento documental, análise de registros operacionais e questionários aplicados a militares instrutores. Adotou-se o método hipotético-dedutivo, partindo da formulação de uma hipótese e sua verificação com base nos dados coletados. Os resultados demonstraram que no ano de 2024, foram capacitados um número 7.168 (sete mil, cento e sessenta e oito) de profissionais da educação. No entanto, desafios como a necessidade de mais materiais didáticos, ampliação da carga horária e maior suporte institucional foram indicados pelos instrutores como fragilidades a serem superadas. Conclui-se que a atuação do do CBMMT tem sido determinante para a implementação desta legislação no Estado de Mato Grosso, promovendo um ambiente escolar mais seguro e melhor preparado para emergências.

Abstract: 
First aid training for education professionals is essential for safety in the school environment, as recommended by Law No. 13,722/2018, known as the Lucas Law. In view of this, the Military Fire Department of the State of Mato Grosso (CBMMT) has played a fundamental role in implementing this legislation in the state, through the provision of first aid training. The research, with a qualitative approach and explanatory nature, used documentary research, analysis of operational records and questionnaires applied to military instructors. The hypothetical-deductive method was adopted, starting from the formulation of a hypothesis and its verification based on the data collected. The results showed that in the year 2024, 7,168 (seven thousand, one hundred and sixty-eight) education professionals were trained. However, challenges such as the need for more teaching materials, increased workload and greater institutional support were indicated by the instructors as weaknesses to e overcome. It is concluded that the actions of the CBMMT have been decisive in the implementation of this legislation in the State of Mato Grosso, promoting a safer school environment that is better prepared for emergencies.
