DIAGNÓSTICO DO TESTE DE CONHECIMENTO PROFISSIONAL E O TREINAMENTO COMO ESTRATÉGIA PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO TÉCNICO-OPERACIONAL: UM ESTUDO DE CASO

Resumo

O presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender o diagnóstico implementado pela Diretoria de Ensino, Instrução e Pesquisa do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Estado de Mato Grosso, através do Teste de Conhecimento Profissional e discutir o impacto do treinamento como ferramenta de ensino e aprendizagem e como estratégia para o desenvolvimento técnico-operacional dos bombeiros militares lotados no 3º Batalhão Bombeiro Militar (3º BBM). Utilizou-se como instrumentos de pesquisa a pesquisa bibliográfica e aplicação de questionário estruturado em amostra de 80- (oitenta) extraída de população de 90 (noventa) bombeiros militares da unidade bombeiro militar, para levantar os dados para o desenvolvimento do estudo, no período de 2021 a 2022. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que a percepção de conhecimento nas áreas administrativas e operacionais aumentou após o tipo de intervenção de treinamento proposto nesta pesquisa. Houve redução significativa nos valores das categorias de percepção de conhecimento "insuficiente” e "regular", aumento nos valores da categoria "bom" e na categoria "muito bom". Assim como uma melhora em todas as médias dos bombeiros militares participantes do estudo, no diagnóstico Teste de Conhecimento Profissional nas áreas de conhecimento técnico operacional, 34% na área de Combate a Incêndio Urbano, 58% na área de Atendimento Pré-Hospitalar, 30% na área de Combate a Incêndio Florestal, 58% na área de Emergências com produtos perigosos, 25% na área de Salvamento Terrestre, 24% na área de Salvamento em Alturas, 12% na área de Salvamento Aquático, 27% na área de Mergulho Autônomo e 30% na área de Sistema de Comando de Incidente.

DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE TEST AND TRAINING AS A STRATEGY FOR TECHNICAL-OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: A CASE STUDY

ABSTRACT:  This article aims to understand the diagnosis implemented by the Board of Education, Instruction and Research of the Military Fire Department of the State of Mato Grosso, through the Professional Knowledge Test and discuss the impact of training, as a teaching and learning tool, as strategy for the technical-operational development of the military firefighters assigned to the 3rd Military Fire Brigade (3rd BBM). As research instruments, a data collection was used, which was carried out by bibliographic research, in a population of 90 (ninety) military firefighters from the military firefighter unit, to collect data for the development of the study, in the period from 2021 to 2022 The survey results indicate that the perception of knowledge in the administrative and operational areas increased after the type of training intervention proposed in this research, a significant reduction in the values ​​of the categories of perception of knowledge "insufficient and "regular", increase in the values ​​of the category "good" and in the category "very good". As well as an improvement in all the averages of the military firefighters participating in the study, in the diagnosis Test of Professional Knowledge in the areas of operational technical knowledge, 34% in the area of ​​Urban Fire Fighting, 58% in the Pre-Hospital Care area, 30% in the Forest Fire Fighting area, 58% in the area of ​​Emergencies with dangerous products, 25% in Land Rescue area, 24% in the High Rescue area, 12% in the Water Rescue area, 27% in the Scuba Diving area and 30% in the Incident Command System area.
